You can always view your balance by going to the wallet. In the transaction overview, you can see your top-ups. You will also find all transactions that have been made when using a shared bike or purchasing a ticket.

If you do not have enough balance in your wallet and your balance becomes negative due to the use of a service, a direct debit will be made to bring the balance to €0.00. You can prevent this by always ensuring you have sufficient balance or by topping up your wallet to at least €0.00.
